Storage is deducted daily off your Cloud Storage core based on nightly re-measurement, prorated to the day. If your core hits zero, you get a 15-day grace period before any content is removed.

The math vs. traditional platforms
💡 Why this matters
Most legacy video platforms charge a per-minute streaming fee that scales with watch time. Ansdev charges a flat ₹0.0005 per view, regardless of how long someone watches.
If your viewers average 10 minutes per session, a traditional platform billing ₹2/min costs ₹20 per view. Ansdev's cost is ₹0.0005 — over 40,000× cheaper.
The reason is structural: we don't markup bandwidth, we earn on storage + processing only.

Refunds
The first 48 hours after sign-up are a no-questions-asked refund window, provided you've consumed less than 10 % of your initial top-up. Trigger the refund from Dashboard → Account → Refund — the original payment method is credited within 5–7 business days.
After 48 hours, or if more than 10 % has been spent, refunds are case-by-case. Read the full Refund Policy for the legal text.
Top-up
Top up any amount from Dashboard → Billing → Top Up. Payments processed via Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD). Funds land in your Master Wallet as soon as the payment confirms.
